Additional Delivery Options

Bring Your Own Group

Any course can be delivered to your team or organization as a private cohort. You gather the people, I deliver the program. The pricing is my one-on-one rate for the course — the same whether it's three people or thirty. Since that's typically 5-10x the individual cohort rate, the more people you put under it, the better your per-person value.

This works well for:

How It Works

  1. We talk about which course(s) fit your group's needs
  2. We schedule the delivery — format accommodates your context (weekend intensive, weekly sessions, single deep-dive)
  3. I deliver the program; your people get the skills

The course content is the same as the individual offerings. What changes is the context: your people learn together, practice together, and build shared language they can use after the training. Examples and applications can be tailored to your organization's circumstances, procedures, and challenges.

Customized and Combined Programs

If your needs don't fit neatly into a single course, we can combine elements from multiple offerings. Common combinations:

Customization includes adapting examples, exercises, and application contexts to your specific circumstances. The core frameworks stay the same — the wrapper changes to fit your environment.

Pricing Philosophy

One-on-one course rates are transparent (and relatively high). Group delivery at one-on-one rates means you're paying for my time, not per-seat licensing. The math works in your favor as group size grows.

For existing clients, a sliding scale applies: hourly rates decrease after you've accumulated hours of engagement with me. The discount comes after you've proven the extended engagement is worth it — not upfront on the promise of volume. (Prepay options are available with no refunds, but I'd rather earn the discount through continued relationship.)
