Training programs for skill development in communication, productivity, and decision-making

These are the training programs I offer, built around the frameworks and models you'll find in the Resource Library. Each course exists because people who resonated with the ideas wanted help building the actual skills — not just understanding the concepts, but being able to use them.

No sessions are currently scheduled for any course. That's intentional. These aren't commodity offerings that run on a fixed calendar — they form when enough people who are genuinely interested come together. Register for any course and if a cohort doesn't form within a month of your registration, you get a private session with me. That stacks: register earlier, get more private sessions. It's the early-bird bonus and the fallback in one clean promise.

Some courses have self-guided materials available now. Others are in development. All courses can be delivered as group cohorts or one-on-one, and any program can be customized for organizations. See additional delivery options for groups and customizations.

Every dollar you invest in a course applies as credit toward a higher tier within that same course. Start with self-guided and later want individual sessions? Your self-guided purchase comes off the individual price. Credits don't transfer between courses — but within a course, your investment stacks.

Beyond Reframing

self guidedcohortindividual

Language patterns for maintaining belief structures — the 27 patterns that let you shape reality with words, for yourself and others.

More details

What if you had a complete toolkit for every way language shapes belief?

Beyond Reframing organizes the 27 language patterns from NLP into memorable groupings that make them practical and usable. Not just "reframing" in the casual sense — the full system of linguistic patterns that maintain, shift, and reshape belief structures. For coaches, communicators, and anyone who wants to understand how words create reality.

Reference mindmap
The complete pattern set organized into groupings that make them memorable and navigable — your map of the territory.
Worksheet mindmap
A fill-in-the-blanks practice map. Bring your own situation and work through all 27 patterns in whatever order resonates.
Worked examples
At least two completed worksheet maps — one from Wayne's own practice and one from a student learning the patterns.
Video walkthrough
A guided tour through the mindmaps, explaining each pattern grouping and how they connect (live session initially, recorded version to follow).

Prerequisites: Familiarity with NLP concepts helps but isn't required. More important: you've noticed that the same words land differently on different people and want to understand why.

Fit: Right for coaches, therapists, communicators, and leaders who want precision with language. Not right if you're looking for persuasion tricks or manipulation tactics — this is about understanding the structure, not exploiting it.

Personal Productivity with Productive Tension

self guidedcohortindividual

Replace toxic productivity with state management — work with your activation states instead of fighting them.

More details

Productivity isn't about doing more. It's about being in the right state for what you're doing.

Most productivity advice assumes you should always be doing more, faster, with more focus. Productive Tension says otherwise. Different tasks need different activation states, and fighting your current state is the actual productivity killer. This course teaches you to read your state, work with it, and match your tasks to the energy you actually have.

State awareness
Learn to identify which of the five activation states you're in and what each one is actually good for.
State management
Techniques for shifting states deliberately — not by forcing, but by adjusting the relationship between perceived ability and perceived challenge.
Task-state matching
Map your actual work to the states that support it. Stop trying to do creative work in a Stress state. Stop wasting a Power state on email.
Sustainable rhythms
Replace guilt-driven productivity with cycles that work with how humans actually function.

Prerequisites: Read the Productive Tension resource (/resources/productive-tension/) and the personal productivity article (/articles/productive-tension-productivity/) first. If those don't resonate, this course won't either.

Fit: Right for knowledge workers, creatives, and anyone who's tried every productivity system and still feels like something's off. Not right if you want a simple checklist or pomodoro timer — this is a framework shift, not a habit tracker.

MasterStream Essentials

Sales as guided decision-making — the Path of Self Discovery applied to helping buyers decide well.

More details

What if selling well meant helping someone make a better decision, not just a faster one?

MasterStream applies the Path of Self Discovery — a question-based framework for guiding decisions — to the sales context. Not closing techniques or objection-handling scripts. A structured way to help buyers clarify what they actually need and whether your offering provides it. The result is sales that feel like good conversations, not persuasion.

Decision architecture
The question sequence that helps buyers distinguish what they think they want from what they actually need.
State management in sales
Reading and working with the buyer's activation state — when to push, when to pause, when to slow down.
Ethical framing
How to present your offering honestly, including when it's the wrong fit. (Spoiler: that's one of the most powerful sales moves available.)
Application across contexts
Adaptable to formal sales, consulting intake, client onboarding, and any conversation where someone is deciding.

Prerequisites: Familiarity with Productive Tension and the Path of Self Discovery. The Productive Tension resource (/resources/productive-tension/) is the minimum; Path of Self Discovery (/resources/path-of-self-discovery/) is strongly recommended.

Fit: Right for sales professionals, consultants, and service providers who sell through conversation rather than funnels. Not right if your sales model is transactional or volume-driven — this approach requires actually caring how the decision turns out.
